Useful information

On arrival, I ask all main guests to simply authorize a damage deposit of €500 at reception by credit card (physical card). There will be no costs or charges to your card for the time being.

I reserve the right to cancel the authorized deposit only after the final cleaning of the apartment and kindly refer you to the house rules.

During the final inspection, I pay attention to whether there is any damage or gross dirt in the apartment or excessive waste, food scraps mixed with other waste or extreme perfume & essence smells. If the apartment was left in a well-maintained condition, I am happy to cancel the authorized damage deposit.

In the event of damage or special cleaning that exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, I have to charge the main guest for these costs.

For returning guests, I naturally view the issue of damage deposits a little differently.

The Max Mountain recycling room is located at the back of the house near the back entrance.

• Before your departure, all waste from your apartment must be disposed of separately in the recycling room.
• To avoid additional manual hand separation of waste, please do not mix organic waste or food scraps with the rest of the waste. Use the organic waste bin with the green organic waste bags from your kitchen for all organic waste.

As I attach great importance to environmental awareness in the Max Mountain Apartments, I ask that you support this idea as best you can in order to do something good for nature and the environment.

Every guest is given a clean apartment upon arrival and is asked to leave the apartment in a neat and normal condition.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in the Max Mountain Apartments:

• I would like to ask you to only bring your four-legged friend on holiday with you if you have asked in advance.
• At the Max Mountain Apartments i charge 10.00 euros (up to 10kg) & 20.00 euros (from 10kg) per night without food, depending on the size of the dog.
• I accept 1 dog up to a maximum of 20kg per apartment.
• Please bring the dog's food bowl, basket and blanket so that your four-legged friend can also feel comfortable on holiday.
• For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to let the dog into the bedrooms or beds or on the seating or lying area or to use the towels in the apartment.
• At the Max Mountain Apartments, each four-legged friend is provided with his own dog bag with dog towels. I ask that you use the towels in bad weather and snow to quickly clean the dog and paws. The dog bag can be deposited at the entrances or the ski  & boot room during the walk.
• If the dog has to stay alone in the apartment during the day and barks, I will contact you in this case to avoid disturbing other guests in the building.
• In order to be able to freshen up the apartment, I have also provided a broom on each floor and a vacuum cleaner on the ground floor for all guests.

If, contrary to expectations, a special final cleaning is required after your stay or if damage has occurred in the apartment, i will unfortunatly have to charge you for this.

My Tip: For all bank transfers from outside the EU, the bank deducts an additional €10 fee from your transferred amount.

If something gets in the way of your holiday, the following cancellation conditions apply to all direct bookings.

• Up to 15 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• For cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, i charge 60% of the total rate.
• For cancellation up to 8 days before arrival, i charge 90% of the total rate.
• For cancellation from 7 days before arrival or in the case of a no-show, i charge 100% of the total rate.
• Direct group bookings, i.e. bookings of 2 or more apartments, can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Note: Cancellation fees are not subject to any discount and cancelled bookings cannot be rescheduled.

My tip: Something can always come up, so please consider the possibility of travel insurance, especially if children or older people are part of the travel group. With my partner European Travel Insurance you are on the safe side and can secure your booking directly here.

Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Late check-in: from 6 p.m. you can easily use our card locker to check into your apartment. The prerequisite for this is your email contact so that i can send you the code and information.

Late check-out: if available until 5 p.m. (half day rate)

By the way: At the Max Mountain Apartments you can pre check in in advance & completely digitally and from home, without having to queue.

Yes, please! Most apartments at the Max are perfect for families. You can see which they are in the apartment description. I will provide you with cots and high chairs free of charge, depending on availability.

Head out: In Stubaital, our little guests will find plenty to keep themselves entertained: ski lessons, bike tours, guided hikes, and much more. There are also children’s playgrounds near your place to be.

Stay in: In the games room with table football, building blocks, and table tennis, children of all ages will have lots of fun, whatever the weather.

I have prepared the Max Mountain play room for all my guests, but especially for my little guests. Have fun!!

You and your children are very welcome to let off steam in the playroom, I ask that you leave the room in a normal condition for the next guests. Thank you very much!

The Max Mountain ski- and boot room is the best place store and dry all your sports equipment such as skis, boards, skiboots, boots, paragliders, bikes, strollers, hiking shoes, etc.

I would like to inform you that parking spaces are unfortunately limited and one parking space is reserved for one car in the parking lot for each apartment booked. Each additional car must be registered before arrival in order to coordinate parking availability. If availability is confirmed, I charge a parking fee of €10 per day for the second car, and a maximum of 2 cars applies.

All Max Mountain Apartments are non-smoking apartments. For tobacco lovers, i am happy to provide ashtrays on the terrace. I ask you to comply with the smoking ban.

You are welcome to settle your bill at the end of your holiday by debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash at reception.

The tourist tax of 4.80 euros per night/person from 16 years old is payable at the hotel.
